Crispy Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken wings (wingettes and drumettes)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
For coating:
- 1 Tablespoons baking powder
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
For garlic butter:
- 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoons minced parsley
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Whisk all of the coating ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Add chicken and coat thoroughly.
- Spread out on a parchment lined baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then toss with garlic butter and cheese.
- Return to oven for 10 minutes. (If they aren’t as crisp as desired broil for an additional few minutes.)
