ROASTED GREEN BEANS
Fresh green beans, ends trimmed
Drizzle of olive oil
Sprinkle each of salt and pepper
Toss all together and spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. Toss halfway through.
